Jennifer Aniston revealed in a new interview with Allure that she was “trying to get pregnant” and it hurt to see pregnancy rumors in the media for years.
“It was a challenging road for me, the baby-making road,” Aniston said. I wouldve given anything if someone had said to me, Freeze your eggs. Do yourself a favor.”
She said she tried “IVF, drinking Chinese teas, you name it.” Meanwhile, the media created a “narrative that I was just selfish” and “just cared about my career.”
“And the reason my husband left me, why we broke up and ended our marriage, was because I wouldnt give him a kid. It was absolute lies,” she said.
Aniston, 53, was married to Brad Pitt from 2000 to 2005 and to Justin Theroux from 2015 to 2017.
I actually feel a little relief now because there is no more, ‘Can I?’ I don’t have to think about that anymore,” she said.
